The Employee Assistance Program offers telephone counseling for practical issues and legal questions. Our experts help solve questions concerning legal issues, finances, housing, family issues, social problems, public authorities, etc. by providing practical information, and support those looking for advice in the decision-making process.
In cases where this is appropriate and requested, ICAS offers personal psychological assessment, crisis intervention and short-term face-to-face counseling at or near the customer’s location within just a few days. Where indicated, a referral to the appropriate specialist is provided after an on-site intervention.
